In 2007, Robert Hebert started HCM / GrooveJazzMedia -- based in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Pittsburgh and Rio de Janeiro.  

 

Working with a team of Don Lucoff (Public Relations, Marketing and Business Strategy), Michael Goldman (Video and Marketing), Rob Crecine (Digital) and Bernard Yaged (Internet and Technology) ... Hebert led HCM in the successful creation, marketing, distribution, and licensing of music, video and digital content for global audiences.

 

Over the years, HCM collaborated with great artists and legacies ranging from the Estate of Miles Davis to Herbie Hancock, HCM partner: Terri Lyne Carrington, Nancy Wilson, George Duke, Toninho Horta, Oscar Castro-Neves, Les McCann, Christian McBride, Patrice Rushen, Dianne Reeves, Cassandra Wilson, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Nona Hendryx, Esperanza Spalding, Arthur Maia, Sheila E, Lizz Wright, Romero Lubambo, Chico Batera, Paulinho Braga, Banda Black Rio, Darryl Jones, Jimmy Haslip, Greg Phillinganes, Robert Irving III, Everette Harp, Gerald Clayton, Mitchel Forman, and other leading artists.

HCM created global relationships in the U.S. and Canada, Brazil, Japan, China, Asia Pacific and Africa, and successfully partnered with the world's top music companies, including SONY, Universal Music, EMI, Concord Music Group, Pony Canyon Japan, Video Arts Music, eOne, and others.
